Krash Krav


A blend of Krav Maga self-defense techniques and intense cardio. These classes are designed to increase awareness and sharpen defensive skills while getting you in the best shape of your life. Krash Krav will constantly be introducing new self-defense techniques and drills on a weekly basis. The classes will rotate (4 categories) monthly  starting with developing fight skills/boxing/footwork, hand to hand combat, weapons, and ground defenses.  This class is designed for people who get bored easily, want to learn self-defense (but don’t have the time/commitment to dedicate to the belt program) and those who want a great calorie burn. This class will take place in a fast paced, stimulating environment on the mat; incorporating changing lighting and roaming attackers.
